School Admissions

Kings’ School is a popular and oversubscribed school. It has a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 330 pupils in each year. We have a Kings’ School Admissions Policy which is consistent with the admissions policy of Hampshire County Council.   • Any parents wishing to see the school ‘at work’ are advised to contact the school office for dates and details of the following:
  • Our annual open mornings when Prefects will take visitors on a guided tour of the school during a normal school day
    Our annual open evening when the school will be on display. Staff and pupils will exhibit work and are keen to show visitors the achievements and activities of the school

During the Autumn Term of Year 6 the Headteacher will visit linked Primary Schools to meet prospective parents and pupils. Parents of pupils wishing to transfer to the school into Year Groups other than Year 7 are encouraged to visit the school prior to application.
