Previous experience in use of grounds maintenance, garden machinery, electrical works, building works, joinery, decorating would be advantageous. A willingness to work enthusiastically as a member of a team An absolute commitment to the safety and wellbeing of young people Committed to safe working practices. A willingness to undertake additional training and grow their skills A full, clean driving licence A flexible approach to working hours, including shift work and occasional overtime. Enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
