Food Technology Technician

We are looking for a Food Technology Technician to join our school team in September 2020, to work 20 hours per week during term time (39 weeks) only. The successful applicant will be employed in a demanding role which includes preparation and clearing away of food technology equipment and materials, lifting and moving of equipment, maintaining records of the department and supplies and ensuring that safe working practices are observed in the food technology area. A working knowledge and recent experience of Word, Excel and data entry is essential. Experience and knowledge of food handling, food safety and COSHH is desirable, ideally supported by a food handling or food safety qualification.

Community Centre Lifeguard
